. We are overjoyed to host brash, Brooklyn-based Alison for her COOK debut this April. Alison will focus on planning and shopping for a menu, i.e. buying a jar of anchovies and using them twice but in very different ways. Her seasonal menu includes recipes from

: spring pea and radish salad with lemon and anchovy; crispy farro with green garlic, sausage and greens; anchovy butter chicken with croutons; and, of course THE COOKIES (her signature shortbread chocolate chip cookies that have taken Instagram by storm). This one is NOT to be missed!
