The Center City institution arguably serves more pasta in this town than anyone and they like to keep it fresh and change up their menu seasonally. Join Chef Chris for a night of carb-loading when he will demo a menu including: Philly cheesesteak spring rolls; hand-rolled potato gnocchi with organic mushrooms, basil and white truffle oil; tagliatelle bolognese with braised veal, beef, pork and tomato sauce; and for dessert, warm chocolate cake with amarena cherries and vanilla gelato.
