The Center City institution arguably serves more pasta in this town than anyone and they like to keep it fresh and change up their menu seasonally. Join Chef Chris for a night of carb-loading when he will demo a menu including: Philly cheesesteak spring rolls; hand-rolled potato gnocchi, organic mushrooms, basil, white truffle oil; tagliatelle Bolognese, braised Veal, beef, pork, tomato sauce; and for dessert, warm chocolate cake with amarena cherries, vanilla gelato.
