Join pastry chef Sara May and American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional Laura Sutter for an afternoon of dairy-based desserts, including caramel popcorn with bleu cheese; apricot almond posset icebox cake with sheep's milk cheese; buttered toast popsicles with a brown butter swirl; goat's milk cheesecake with a chocolate-blueberry crust, served with a berry-cardamom compote.
